Free Malaysia Delivery

Eligible orders placed through our official website enjoy FREE delivery across Malaysia, with no additional standard delivery charge at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–3 working days for West Malaysia and 4–5 working days for East Malaysia after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, public holidays, peak campaign periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order and payment have been successfully confirmed, your parcel will be prepared for dispatch through our authorised fulfilment channel. Tracking information will be provided after your parcel has been dispatched, where available.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after the parcel has been collected.

Delivery Information

Please make sure your recipient name, contact number, delivery address, postcode, and unit number are complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, please contact our support team for assistance. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect customer-provided information.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the parcel, packaging, and affected product and contact us promptly. Our team will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next step.
